Born in Santa Barbara, California, Jennie has spent over three decades living in Asia, Africa, and Europe, experiences that shaped her worldview and deepened her appreciation for connection and well-being.
With a BA in psychology and certification as a coach, she guides others on their growth journeys with empathy, clarity, and intention.
Jennie creates immersive spaces for self-discovery, healing, and belonging. Now based in Switzerland with her husband and three boys, she continues to embody curiosity, connection, and conscious living.

Mother of two grown souls with Swiss roots, Bettina has spent the last fifteen years walking the path of healing, guiding her clients back to their essence.
Through hypnotherapy, coaching, sound healing, and heart–brain coherence meditation, she opens spaces where old wounds soften, patterns dissolve, and the true self can rise.
Founder of InnerStar Healing in 2010, she holds a sacred space for everyone who wants to remember who they are beneath conditioning and awaken the radiant potential their soul came here to embody.
